1) either: You pay for the production of this book with Your own labouring hours+money as means of payment: You produce the book Yourself plus pays all other parties involved.

 

2) or: in case You for some reason do NOT want to pay by the means of payment described in the first step, then You will much, much, much easier get the dream book produced this way:

pay somebody else for all the trouble by producing the book; the means of payment in this case is: cash money upfront.

 

IN SHORT

The production of any given book demands the participation of 2 parties, that is:

A) the party, who upfront is willing to pay the full costs for the production

B) the party, who does the producing work.

 

 

CONCLUSION:

There is thus no reason at all to wail:

"Oh, I really would wish somebody [:that is somebody else than Yourself] would produce that XYZ-bog [for me] ".

    For example MEM has many, many times gotten produced, the book he himself wanted to be able to read in, which however no one else had produced beforehand. MEM has used the means of payment mentioned in step 1). Since MEM is able to get produced those books, he wished to read in, then You easily can do the same !

There is NOTHING hard in paying, for that thing You want (nonetheless most get a nagging pain a certain place; - but who can understand that ?. MEM has never had the slightest pain at all ! ).

(A)  salary to the printer

(B)  various costs for materials, and so on, etc.

(C)  salary to the author

 = TOTAL costs (D)

 

THE USERS of a book are that party, who ought to pay the TOTAL costs - - - not the author.

 

However a real great number of book users, displays that unjustifiable attitude, that ”(C) salary to the author” ought to be fixed at 0 (zero).
